Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately.
What happens if I exceed my monthly quota?
You'll receive a notification when you approach your limit. Webhooks received after your quota is exceeded will not be processed until the quota resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You can also choose to upgrade your plan to increase your limits.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan lets you try Bluejay Relay with no time limit. When you're ready to scale, upgrade to a paid plan — no credit card required to start.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Choose annual billing at checkout to save 2 months. Annual prices are locked in at signup and won't be affected by future price changes.
